I used to get Chicken Parm sandwich every other day. No minimum order $, no problem with my delievery area. (Hell, I lived on Lincoln, the same street as them). And after complaining ONCE that the food was cold and late, they refused to not only replace it or give me money back, but they also refused to deliever to me and if they did deliever to me told me it would be a $100 extra charge. Well...It was late night and I got really Hungry and I was debating on where to eat and decided to go with Pink Dot. They are absolutely great. I ordered a few sandwhiches and among the Bora sandwich which is off the hooooooooooook! It was reallly good. So, I have shopped at Pink Dot much in the past and they have provided good service, however, I beleive they changed a few things around and they have much improved! Their customer service over the phone is great and very on-time. I work on Jefferson in PDR and they got my groceries and sandwiches to the office just in time. There sandwiches are absolutely delicious and the breads are so yummy and crunchy that you want more. This service has saved my life as I am a video game programmer spending hours on the computer screen!! Go Pinky. We need to make a game on you! PINK DOT IS AN AMERICAN DREAM COME TRUE!!! I never thought that I could have laundry detergent, alcohol and an amazing deli sandwich delivered to my door and all from the same place.. It is the MODERN GROCERY STORE, it is a genius idea.. When I am sick I never have to leave my home, from Tylenol Cold to chicken noodle soup, delivered at my door in 30 minutes.. The fact that they deliver until 3:00AM is unbelievable, and believe you me, once you start ordering you can stop, PINK DOT IS ADDICTING! more

BAD,BAD,BAD, PinkDot I have used three times now and I must say it has been three times too much. Every time I call too place my order I get a cashier who seems too be occupied with someone else. Probably occupied handling sales in the store. When I ask a question most times I get a answer ""I dont know"". They are poorly trained by the management and Pinkdot should devote the phone orders too someone in a room where there is peace and quiet and keep thier store sales staff seperate from phone orders. The cashiers always seem rushed too get you off the phone and that makes for a unpleasant experience. The delivery guys are some of the worst in L.A.. They forget too bring things, speak very little english, and twice have delivered broken items. Once was eggs and the other was when the driver brought a six pack of beer(bottles) and he said he dropped the bag and two of the bottles broke and beer was all over my magazines. He said he would let the cashier know and a credit would be issued and that never happened. This company is very poorly run and please avoid them. I order PinkDot all the time, can't live with out it. The Deli sandwhiches are amazing, not to mention the fact that you can get anything you need DELIVERED like groceries, toilet paper, milk, batteries, and a pack of cigarretes along with a six pack of beer and a bottle of vodka, all from one place it is like a dream come true. I wanted to surprise my husband with birthday cake for his office (not many men like having flowers delivered for their birthday). Pre-ordering wasn't allowed so I had to call 30 minutes before desired delivery. fine. However, the fact this was a birthday surprise was VERY clear when I called in. It was bad enough the person who took my call was NOT attentive (he was talking to someone else, had the radio blaring and was working the cash register) and he was not helpful with clarifying information. Long and short of it, they made my husband pay for the delivery even though I had already given them all the information they needed!!! This is absolutely a COD delivery service and nothing else. If you want to surprise someone with a gift of food and you're not there to present your debit/credit card in person, GO ELSEWHERE!! more

The operator was really rude and not helpful. I called to have some soup and soda delivered,because I am sick. My fiancee gave me his credit card number. The man on the phone said that I needed to have the physical credit card for an imprint. I asked him if he could just make an exception for me because all I want is some soup. He said ""NO!"" and then started berating me....saying ""what are you going to start yelling at me or calling me bad words?"" I told him ""No, I don't respond like that. I don't yell, I don't scream, or cuss."" He kept on ""Yeah, right....yeah, right. What else do you want to say to me? Plain english...we won't deliver with out an imprint"".
