After moving out to AZ from CA, my Jeep really felt the burden. Automasters was recommended to me & I'm so glad! They are excellent. Mike is a diagnosis master. The troubles my Jeep had were a complete mystery. The dx computer brought up numerous problems. Everything that came up was thoroughly explained to me; the probabilities, the possibilities, the pros/cons. My car did have to go back 2x but only because Mike & the guys did the most obvious & economical repairs 1st to save me $ & hopefully cure the other problems. They never said, "It's perfect." Instead, they'd say: "Try it for a week. If it's still not right, there's another option we can try." The last trip, we finally had to go for the gusto but to my surprise, the expenses in total were surprisingly reasonable. I expected to spend a good $500 and didn't come close. Also, Mike promised me: "Give me 1 full day; we'll have it in tip-top shape; we WILL fix your car. you CAN drive back to CA in it." And, as promised, it was done
