The Crofton Yoga studio has become one of my favorite places. I started taking yoga there (level 1) because they actually have a nice babysitting service right on sight. I'm now am looking at their pilates as well. I always feel better after class--calm and relaxed--and it has helped with a back pain I've had for years. Their theme is ""yoga for every body"" and I believe it. You'll find all shapes, sizes and ages there. I'd reccomend Crofton Yoga, and yoga in general, to anyone.
