Ordered teak table and chairs and was told delivery would take 3 weeks. Delivery took 4 weeks, seat cushions took 6 weeks and we had to pick them up (Steve the salesman said he'd drop them by). We ordered arm chairs and right before delivery was informed they only had side chairs, so either we take the side chairs and a discount or we wait 4 months for arm chairs. We took the side chairs because we wanted chairs. Our tilt umbrella spins in the wind and Berks has no solution. After the problems started Steve the friendly salesguy became hostile and we were just a problem they wanted to go away. Service was great until they got our money.
