They have been prone to mistakes. Accusing tenants of missing rent payments and sending out 30 day eviction notices when it has been their accounting errors. They appeared to be friendly, but seem to have a high rate of turnover of their accounts reps.
Be cautious of renting properties they manage. Their own interests, not the tenants, is their main concern. From my experience with, ""just enough to get by"" is their business philosophy and, by association, also the conpanies and individuals who hire them their property managers.
