We've watched Market Place in a death spiral for some time now. It's a great facility but the building management's decision to close at 6 p.m. Sunday night when throngs of people were out and about to attend the July 3 ""Dallas Booms"" event downtown points out again too clearly that things have gone terribly wrong here.
Pros: location, historic building, plaza entertainment
Cons: mostly vacant, tenants vanished, No food venue
