I have been eating at rikki rikki the past 7 years or so.....I was in the other day for a ""to go"" order and what was supposed to take 15 minutes took 30 minutes. When I told the manager I wanted to just get my money back because I could not wait any longer he wouldn't give it to me! He said "" oh, I'm sorry but we have only one cook in the back doing the sushi to go......just wait a few more minutes."" I think it could have been handled a lot better. So I waited longer and finally got my food.....was pretty disappointed the way the customer service was handled. It seems like they have a ton of waitstaff but not enough people making the food. and why is there some lone guy in the back just doing ""to go"" orders?? p.s. I only ordered 3 rolls.
