I went in because their doctor was in my plan. The salespeople waited until after I'd gotten an exam to let me know the were out-of-plan. They assured me that even out-of-network, they were still the best deal. Then, they quoted me an incorrect price on contacts. When I went to pay, it was $50 more than I was expecting to pay. I declined to buy contacts (assuming out-of-network reimbursement would be better used at Costco). The salesgirl told me that had she know I wasn't going to buy anything, they wouldn't have let me try on a sample pair of lenses. Also, I had to ask 3 times for them to give me a glasses prescription for two years - instead of the 1-year expiration date they had jotted down on my script.
Pros: fast exam
Cons: pushy salespeople, all frames pricey, dishonest
