Excellent cuts of meat cooked slightly different than most other steakhouses. Rather than charring the outside and having it pink on the inside, I noticed a more uniform cooking style at Sullivan's. It's not better or worse, just different. The Kansas City Strip and Filet Mignon were both excellent.
Portions are huge, prices are affordable, and the atmosphere is slightly more relaxed than most nicer steakhouses.
The house ""knockout"" martini is tasty and potent, and dessert menu is amazing.
Sides and appetizers were both top notch as well.
Highly recommended.
