If not mistaken since 1933. I've eaten here since 1979 and have never been disappointed. Everything on the menu is excellent, but the the poboys are my favorite. It's the bread they use, the best around. I moved to Baton Rouge in 1983 and my wife and I still go down to ""The College Inn"" just for lunch sometimes. When I'm working in New Orleans I bring an ice chest to bring some home. The best O rings in the world!!!
