Although his Barnes & Noble is not as big as others I've been to, the service is friendly and courteous and does not stalk you incessantly, asking all the while if you need any help. Their Starbucks is the best in-store one I've been to. The help desk really does help you. And it's not as messy as other bookstores I've been to. Only drawback is that there is not a lot of furniture to sit and read. The furniture there is usually taken up.
