So far no one has given props to Renzo Piano for designing such a beautiful space as 1280. The decor is supposed to be stark. The service is supposed to be brute and the food is right on the money. Table 1280 is more affordable than a lot of fine dining restaurants in Atlanta. Stop whining about small portions and poor service and have a drink and relax. That is what I think these guys are trying to tell you when you come into a place like 1280. If its not for you then great there is more room for those of us who can afford it and like to hang out there. Make your own decisions on your experience...you might be surprised to find Table 1280 is a pretty cool spot. See you there......
