More than two months have passed and I am still actively pursuing this company on the receipt of an order placed and paid for in full in early Sep 05. Their customer service department has not once taken the responsibility to update the cosumer (me) on when I should expect delivery. I, the consumer, have initiated contact every time - each time kindly requesting for an update and/or resolution. This issue remains open still to this day.
If you look at their website - it lacks contact information. A consumer is reduced to emailing their company in hopes for a reply.
As a consumer, one should not have to conduct research to obtain a telephone number.
