If you are looking for a day spa or good hair stylists, this place is great. Granted, it's not a chain -- meaning your hair cut won't be $8, but it won't look like an $8 hair cut either.
As with anything downtown in New Haven, you'll deal with the traffic and parking but looking good comes with a price! :)
