We have only dealt with Wright's Appliance once and these are our findings. The retail shopping experience was ok. They have a lot of the latest major brands in the store, but we felt it was somewhat too small of a store. But we liked the prices and the salesmen. If you are going in there and don't have a particular brand in mind or a model and don't know many of the features, etc., then this is a wonderful place to shop for major appliances. We didn't or haven't needed repair or service, but I am sure it is fine. They delivery, so that made our experience less stress free. We recommend Wright's Appliance, as it doesn't hurt to have options. You just might find exactly what you want here at a fraction of the cost somewhere else.
