There are three things one must know about lamb:
1) It's too cute to eat, really.
2) I think it's usually to oily and gamey/""weird""
3) I love the lamb dishes at El Greco. Enough that I commonly make the mistake of ordering lamb at other places.
If you have an adventurous, yet focussed and self-aware, palette, El Greco will suit you just fine.
Oh, and their wine is half-off on tuesday nights.
