SEA BASS -- miso glaze was boring, served with boiled carrots and veggies that made no sense.
GLAZED DUCK -- Japanese?? The poor fowl is wondering why it had to surrender its life for this dry, bland, unconvincing duck dish.
UDON -- Here's where I'm mad. The broth was horrible and the noodles came out of a plastic bag (you can't fool me.)
SASHIMI -- too expensive and the uni (sea urchin) was horrible. The ama ebi (sweet shrimp) was so so.
Anyone notice how long their menu is? It's like an upscale Chinese take-out, no? (Take-out style: 10 folds in the menu with 200 choices.) Owned by Chinese people (like myself) No respectable restaurant has menus that extensive. The restaurant has no focus, no theme.
Cons: Price, Service, Quality of food
