The food was quite good (although the couscous was a little dry; however, given that there was an interminable lapse between each course, I started to forget this increasingly minor detail as the 'charm' of moroccan dining (i.e. sitting on the floor) started to wear off as well. While the servers were not rude in any way, actually, they were friendly and helpful when around, we only saw them in what would appear to be twice in three hours (slight exaggeration). The lag time will kill you; it did me, and I normally have very little restaurant impatience.
