Versailles is definitely hands down the best cuban food in the Los Angeles area. I particulary love the Manhattan beach location better than it's original location on Venice. Everyone there is very courteous, helpful and extremely friendly. My favorite dish is the Pollo Asada (Roasted Garlic Chicken). It is marinated and cooked in a very mouth watering citrus/garlic sauce garnished with onions and served with perfectly cooked black beans and rice. Almost everytime that I have been there the chicken has been very flavorful and juicy, but once in awhile it can be dry. If this is the case, order a side of garlic sauce and you are all set to go! If you like seafood YOU MUST try the Mussells which are baked with garlic and the popular garlic sauce. They are to die for! Wash all of this down with the cuban soda Iron Beer!
