We recently moved to the Queen Anne neighborhood, and have recently discovered this hidden gem! The Sitting Room is tucked away on West Roy in the On the Boards Performance Arts Center. Its pale orange fresco-like walls, candlelit marble tables, sultry electronic beats, and antique zinc bar create a European cafe/bar ambiance unlike any place we've ever seen in Seattle. They recently began serving cocktails; which are highly recommended, especially the Basiica and the Chartreuse Cocktail. The food is very good too, and reasonably priced. We found the service both friendly and relaxed. Looking forward to our next visit!
Pros: great ambiance, tasty menu, unique cocktails
Cons: , closed mondays
