I went in just for a blow dry and was told it would take 30 minutes, I told them I had to leave for another appt so it was important they be done on time. After 1 hr. and missing my next appt. I ending up taking the blow dryer from the girl and styling myself because she didn't know what she was doing. Then they had the nerve to charge me extra b/c it took it so long. I got home that night and saw that she burnt my hair. On top of everything they were rude and indignant.
