The customer service at Uniquities was awful! They will not take back defective merchandise nor will they give you a store credit. The sales associate are rude as well as the store manager/owner. I'd rather shop at a store that has polite and respectable sales associates... there are enough specialty stores in the Raleigh/Chapel Hill area now.
