Re: parking issue raised by ""Tygergirl."" Yes, there is a two car parking lot for disabled patrons right by the door of the restaurant, but the parking lot w/plenty of spaces w/a sign that clearly says ""Firehouse Grill Parking"" is right across from that by the train tracks!
If you have kids, this place is always full of them (always well behaved). If you go on a weekday evening, you can seat yourself in one of the huge booths that accomodate six people. If a weekend, the wait is usually no longer than 15 minutes. The food is original in its taste and presentation (you won't get a chocolate explosion that ever looks the same in presentation). I highly recommend the following: chips and salsa, hummus, chilli (vegetarian or original), the santa fe salad, and I've heard from carnivors that the burgers are the best--cooked as you like them. Enjoy!
