Welcome back Valter! Salt Lake City needs more comfortable and creative restaurants like Cucina Toscana. The menu permits guests to try the many flavors of Tuscan fare from the appetizer smapler to the pasta sampler to the many half sized portions of the entre's. The flavors are real, the pasta is frest and you are made to feel like you are dining with friends in Tuscany. Well done.
