Its a good thing Macrina's food is so extremely good, or they'd be out of business. The breakfasts are delicious and the bakery is good enough to present proudly at your own dinner table. Just make sure you plan plenty of wait time to pick up your order or to enjoy your leisurely breakfast, and expect to be treated like a number by the cashier at best. Even in the late afternoon, when there is little/no line, it takes what feels like forever for them to cash you out. On Sunday a.m., get there before 10 a.m. or expect a 1/2 hour wait in line to get your great/worth it food. Pay attention to make sure you get the right food and the right change -- it seems clear to me that the staff there often gets it wrong and send an attitude that blames you for the mistake.
