Vivace isn't my favorite 'user experience' - there are cozier places to sip your latte - but Vivace's folks craft the most artful (and quite tasty, I might add) drinks in Seattle, hands-down. Where else are photographs of exquisitely crafted latte foam featured on the wall? Very conveniently located next to a city park for Saturday morning sunshine.
