Located in Downtown Fresno in the old Fresno Republican Building, this restaurant used to be members only, and was really popular before several law firms and business fled downtown for the greener pastures of North Fresno. In any event, say hi to Don the bartender, who mixes them strong. Lunch here is a who's-who of Fresno power brokers. While a little costly, you get pampered, and the setting is lovely. The food is consistently good with a menu that changes often.
