I have eaten at Blu on several occasions because I cannot get enough of the wonderful food and impeccable service there. Chef Dante deMagistris is a gracious host and a master at fine cuisine. Every item on the menu is a pleasure to the senses, from the chestnut soup to the three fish combo and the roasted chicken. The desserts are lovely, too. Although the prices exceed McDonald's, Blu deserves the highest of recommendation to impress even the most difficult to please diners!
