Get ready to wait for hours...for a not so great haircut...supposedly you can't make reservations, but I was scolded when i just showed up for a haircut by the unfriendly counter lady...""why didn't you call...you should have called..."" ...whatever. There are other places to get an inexpensive haircut, where you won't feel like crap when you leave the salon. Also, the music is too loud and the lighting is absolutely hideous...an all around ugly experience.
