I tried the fajitas tacos during a wait and was very disappointed. Matt's is among my favorites, but the airport location isn't the same. The fajitas had spicy shredded beef, rather than the lovely marinated beef. The queso cost $4.50 and came with crunched up chips. Also, they put queso in everything; fajitas (I'm not kidding), enchiladas (in addition to the shredded cheese) I love that the restaurants in the airport are local, but not if they don't properly represent the wonderful flavors of the original location.
