Where do we start with this hotel NIGHTMARE? The front desk clerk (very unhappy with his job) scolded us for having two different names on our reservation. We had booked through a hotel reservation network instead of calling the hotel directly and this was rocket science. The second night, after forseeing a problem with my girlfriend having one nights room charge on her credit card and the second night on mine, we went to the front desk to ensure there would be no issue with ""not checking out"". After being told that this was no problem (Yeah right!), we received two phone calls at THREE IN THE MORNING inquiring why we had never checked out of our room! I would not even recommend my worst enemy to stay in this hotel!
