This place has, hands down, the BEST nim chow in the world, and, believe me, I have tried to find suitable comparisons all over the world. The low prices, friendly service and HUGE menu are all part of the great Apsara experience. They did a wonderful job on their hai keng and the fish stew was bright with the flavor of lemongrass (which overwhelmed my husband's palate, unfortunately). I hope this place stays great forever. I am willing to drive over four hours several times a year just to eat here.
