The Corporate progaganda claims, ""At earls, we believe that every customer should be treated like an honoured guest."" Chains usually lack consistency. In Canada, this might be true but here in the states expect service to be slow, unattentive, and focused more upon their personal life outside of their current job of serving customers. Food was good but was out of line when considering the price. If you like dark stained wood and low lighting dining with cigarette smoke from the bar you will love Earl's decor at this location. I would only recommend Earl's in Edmonton, Canada.
