Flemings appears to be a chain restaurant aimed at getting their share of the convention and business market. Located at the Park Plaza hotel, it is obviously catering to the business traveller.
I had the petit filet and my partner had the pork chops. The chops had a nice flavor, and both meals were cooked appropriately. My steak was unseasoned and the pepper sauce that I ordered with it added little to the flavor.
The meal included no side dishes, which was apparently a ploy to simply mark up the price. We had onion rings which were bland and broccoli, which was served with an equally bland bernaise sauce.
The meals (meat only) averaged about $22 a piece and sides added on average, an extra $6 per side. Expect another $6 or so for a salad. Wine averaged closer to $7 per glass. Overall, an expensive and unremarkable meal.
Pros: Convienient Location, Courteous Service
Cons: Expensive, Bland Flavors
