The National Aquarium in Baltimore has been a tourist attraction for kids, families, school trips and people with a love for sea creatures for as long as I can remember.
With a dolphin show, a petting zoo, a newly opened (or soon to be opened) Australian exhibit and a rainforest, there are more than 5 floors of things to see around there.
The workers and volunteers at the aquarium are very knowledgeable and friendly.
The cost can be a bit high (approximately $18 for an adult) but on Friday evenings after 5:00 from September through late March/early April they offer a $5 special.
