frenchy's isn't the cheapest probably (although i don't think it's much more) and it probably isn't the fastest in and out. but the general atmosphere and high quality mani/pedis makes frenchy's my favorite place.
the atmosphere is quite madison park, but if you're not into that, don't be put off. for one hour, it's nice! think: well groomed ladies, plush couches and every fashion magazine on earth - it makes you feel pampered. plus the manicurists are very nice and they do good work. sometimes they'll give you free makeup application (so you'll buy, but they don't pressure you).
