I got two bids - one from Washington Water Heaters and one from Fast Water Heaters. I liked them both. Fast came in a little bit lower but also they had a slot that was convenient. They cleaned up, and the work looks good. I paid $1,232 all in including the water heater. They did put an expansion tank on which I was a little doubtful of but when I researched it - I think it was the right call...
