We were highly satisfied with the service. The stack took up much less space - front to back - than we expected because of the tight, neat packing by the techs of hoses and attachments at the back of both appliances. They confirmed the leveling and stability and the proper functioning of both units, the dryer vent clamps, checked for water and vent/air leaks, briefed us on the basic operation of both units. Marc pointed out a tiny scratch on the washer's white paint on the front panel, which he will note in his installation report. He said Brubaker will offer either replacement or a credit of some kind, which for this almost-noticeable mark seems overkill. We wouldn't even have noticed it. But it points out the difference between Brubaker and a third-party delivery team (for Home Depot or Lowe's): I can't imagine the delivery agents taking this amount of time and exercising this degree of diligence and thoroughness. Brubaker demonstrated a level of customer service that enables us to trust them with future service if and when needed.
