Don did an absolutely outstanding job of installing my new dishwasher! He was on task the entire time, explained what he was doing as he worked and then showed me how to operate the new dishwasher. He was also mindful/respectful of COVID 19 restrictions. more

Flawless installation 5 12/21/2019

I debated paying the additional expense for the installation of a refrigerator. How hard could it be, right? in hindsight, the cost was worth every cent. Ken and Joe took meticulous care in removing the front entry door from its hinges, as the new fridge was too wide. after the old fridge was removed, we noticed the water supply line was still dripping, we could not shut off the old, rusty valve. so they installed new hose, all while getting a little wet during the process. They leveled the left door to match the right door and took the time to assemble and install all the shelving. they were thorough, courteous and pleasure to talk to. if you getting an appliance installed from LH Brubaker, ask for Ken and Joe. more

New Home - Appliance Installation 11/30/2019

Keith and Vinny arrived on time and did a great job installing a washer, dryer and refrigerator in our new home. Through a misunderstanding, they did not have the stainless steel hoses for the washer with them. While Keith continued with the installations, Vinny drove to a nearby Lowes and bought the hoses. Great customer service! Thanks! more

New Range Delivery 10/15/2019

Keith and James were very careful navigating the old range out and the new range in and took their time to fit the new range into the cabinet opening. They even gave us time to chase away the dust bunnies living under the old range. They also tested the new range and reviewed its operation with us. Overall, a great experience. more

Installation of stacked washer/dryer combo 9/20/2019

We were highly satisfied with the service. The stack took up much less space - front to back - than we expected because of the tight, neat packing by the techs of hoses and attachments at the back of both appliances. They confirmed the leveling and stability and the proper functioning of both units, the dryer vent clamps, checked for water and vent/air leaks, briefed us on the basic operation of both units. Marc pointed out a tiny scratch on the washer's white paint on the front panel, which he will note in his installation report. He said Brubaker will offer either replacement or a credit of some kind, which for this almost-noticeable mark seems overkill. We wouldn't even have noticed it. But it points out the difference between Brubaker and a third-party delivery team (for Home Depot or Lowe's): I can't imagine the delivery agents taking this amount of time and exercising this degree of diligence and thoroughness. Brubaker demonstrated a level of customer service that enables us to trust them with future service if and when needed. more

My Issue-Free Transaction 5/16/2019

As a resident of York County, I found myself at L.H. Brubaker near Park City in Lancaster County seeking appliances for my remodeled kitchen. Tony, the manager and my salesman, proved knowledgeable, informative, and most accommodating to my requirements. The appliances were delivered by a team who were very respectful of my newly finished hardwood floors, and all appear and function in flawless fashion. A customer cannot ask for more than an issue-free transaction. more

We were very pleased that this team of gentlemen were able to solve the problem with our brand new washer. They were very polite and explained exactly what the problem was and how they corrected it. Refrigerator delivery 2/21/2019

Received a new refrigerator today! Very impressed with the delivery team. #1 They were happy. This tells me they stand behind the appliance they are delivering and are proud of it! That makes me more comfortable in the purchase. #2 They explained everything about the fridge. #3 They left literature on how to get ahold of the company should we have any questions. Very impressed.
