Don's work was excellent. He had to make modifications as he installed to make everything line up. He has a very keen eye to pick out even the slightest misalignment. more

Refrigerator Delivery 1/27/2019

Andrew P and Dylan were an excellent team! They were extremely careful not to cause any damage when bringing the new refrigerator into the house and removing the old refrigerator. Andrew was extremely friendly and professional. Andrew showed us how to utilize the touchscreen on the front of the refrigerator. Andrew happily answered our questions. When we asked a question about a water issue that we had with our last refrigerator, he immediately contacted the water specialist team member at the store to answer our question. They were extremely efficient and pleasant! more

Our repairman arrived on time. He removed his shoes upon entering our home. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained every thing and was very responsive to questions. I would definitely suggest doing business with this company and if the need arises I will certainly use them. more

These two gentlemen installed our Microwave and range. They were very conscientious of everything. They removed the old and put the new in place. Very knowledgeable of the appliances, very nice young men. Respectful, and very nice young men. They worked very hard while in my home. L. H. Brubaker should be very proud of them. more

DCS DISWASHER INSTAL 10/31/2018

Don did an excellent job installing our dishwasher. He was on time, very courteous, explained what he will be doing. He also covered the wood floor around the work area. He took time to check and make sure that both Upper and lower drawers of the dishwasher were installed and working properly before checking out. Kitchen Refrigerator Repair 9/28/2018

Nothing to rate as nothing was done. The replacement gasket he brought looked worse than the original gasket he was to replace so I advised to do nothing and he left with the gasket he brought. more

Repair of SubZero refrigerator 9/19/2018

Matt B., the technician from LH Brubaker, did a great job. He diagnosed our Sub Zero problem quickly. Upon the return visit he installed a new compressor for the refrigerator section. Our 22 year old Sub Zero is working back to normal! Matt is very knowledgeable and technically skilled. He also is a very courteous, careful and efficient technician. Thanks Matt B !
