Horrible experience - waited over 2.5 hours to be called - afternoon spent watching many desks waiting on no one. My husband was sent out after first document failed her review - she had no time and refused to check the others. He came over to where I was being waited on to vent about this process and the wait time. This person actually stood up and threatened my husband - in an in your face position. He actually scared me as though he would go postal on my husband. He said my husband could talk to a supervisor but instead told him to wait outside.. he came back and ripped into me - I said nothing to him, did nothing to him.. however while he was off acting like a "big man" to his co-workers I guess.. someone nice came over to help. When "big man" came back, nice person appeared afraid of him as well. Sickos in this place. Saw people getting ahead of others by talking sweetly to the woman in #1. Saw the replacement #1 person doing virtually nothing for all of that time. Wrote to my congress people. It was THAT bad.
