Ken encountered a challenge when he attempted to deliver a stacked washer/dryer to our condominium, through no fault of his own! He has made 2 trips to our home to complete the delivery and has been professional, helpful and eager to please each time, despite encountering unforeseen structural issues in the home. Ken demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the product, as well.
