Scott was extremely efficient, kind, and understanding. He inspected my very old air conditioning unit, and attached a wire that is very thin, due to age. He is going to refer my problem to his specialist to install a new unit, with my hopes this one will last for this season. I can always depend on Albemarle Heating & Air.
