This company is a joke. Submitted my application to re-new a month and a half in advance. After a month of waiting I check on my application status and tell that they just received it. Really?!?! After another month, and the expiration of my notary I am told that it is pending review approval. Really?!?!?! I finally get notification that it was sent to the State of Texas after another month. Three months to get my supposed renewal. Low and behold the state considered it a new application because it took so long for these clowns to get it submitted. I will never use them again and strongly urge others not to as well. If you run your business and notary is an important aspect of it this will hurt you.
