Mallick's Service technician, Mike S, was very prompt, professional, and very detailed. He listen to my concerns, and explain the options without hesitation. I didn't need to have any work done to my home, but was directed to another potential source of my problem, by the technician; and he was correct. I would definitely contact them again.
