During one of the coldest days of December, our furnace starting acting up. We called Derr and they had a technician to our home within a few hours. I received a text message introducing Danny prior to his arrival. Danny was professional, courteous, and very helpful in explaining what was wrong with our furnace, what our options were for replacing it, and how the replacement process worked. Highly recommend calling Derr if you are having heating/ac issues.
