Joe and his assistant arrived timely, calling me ahead of the scheduled appointment. They quickly reviewed the bathroom sink faucet and piping, determined it needed replacing, gave me suggestions on what brand and faucet size to buy, gave me an estimate of the cost, and their attitude was professional.
