Water heater went out. Called Elite, had a plumber call me to answer few questions, appt set up for that same day. Arrived on time given. Plumber was Pete, experienced, professional, obvious he knew what he was doing. Pete took the time to advise on "how to's" to help extend the life of the heater. Very happy with heater and service. Pete is a valuable asset to your company.
