I called on Friday - was told that it would be two days before they could come out to look at it. They told us it would be between 8 - 10 on Sunday.
We changed our plans up in order to make it work and the guy called at 7:30 and said he wouldn't be here until 10 -12. Messed up our whole day.
Past that - the guy never showed!!!!!!!!! I called up another company and they had a technician here in 30 minutes.
