I called on Friday - was told that it would be two days before they could come out to look at it. They told us it would be between 8 - 10 on Sunday. We changed our plans up in order to make it work and the guy called at 7:30 and said he wouldn't be here until 10 -12. Messed up our whole day. Past that - the guy never showed!!!!!!!!! I called up another company and they had a technician here in 30 minutes. more

pure amazing. Very good work 7/5/2013

We needed our sensors to be replaced, because it was causing our door to freak out. It was go back up everytime we tried to put it down all the way, but it just would not stop going back up. So I had you guys come out and take a look, and within the hour, we had new sensors. I thank you so much. more

Customer service was awesome 5/17/2013

We needed our sensors to be replaced, because it was causing our door to freak out. It was go back up everytime we tried to put it down all the way, but it just would not stop going back up. you wanna save $ and get good quality 5/10/2013

I called Mill Creek Garage Doors and he was here in less than 30 minutes. It was an easy fix-he could have walked me through it over the phone but he took the time to come over in person to make sure everything was working as it should be. He is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about others which is very refreshing in this day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

Above and beyond 10/25/2012

Trust this company! We called them to replace a garage door spring. They were here earlier than promised, and did way more than just the springs - adjusted my GD opener, lubed all the hinges, tightened all the bolts, the whole bit. The man on the phone was very courteous, and the young man who came out and did the job was very friendly and polite. This door doesn't have a lot of life left in it, and I will definitely be calling this company back to replace it when the time comes. more

I recently contacted a number of garage door companies, in hopes of finding the best solution for my garage. After speaking with dispatch , I was confident it was the right company. tech met me, on my schedule, and presented a number of different solutions to address the problem. He provided a range of solutions, from the most cost effective, to the "best" solution. We decided to use his team, and they quickly installed the necessary equipment within hours. he was thorough is his work and in his follow up. We will certainly use them in the future. more

After checking with various other companies, I realized they are the cheapest. They really are the fastest and most professional garage company that I worked with. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with their work. Any time I have a problem with my garage door, they are there in minutes ready to work. Loved them. more
